The lower dantian or as it is also referred to, the lower cauldron, can produce warmth and circulation when it is activated. The warmth comes from the heat of Qi that you are brewing and the increased circulation of blood to your abdomen. After just 20 minutes of practice the resulting feelings of rest and renewal will lift your spirit. Give it a go!
