Qigong & Nei gong Video Lessons

Greetings and congratulations!

You have arrived at the Qi Masters Class video library where it is my wish that you will discover a treasure trove of knowledge and insights into the art of Qi cultivation. All of the material contained in these videos is based on the teachings of Shaolin Mei Hua Qigong, an internal Qi cultivation system, passed on to me by my teacher, Grand Master John Tsai.

Master Franklin apprenticed with Grand Master Tsai and taught as his chief instructor for several years, while learning to master his system of internal Qi cultivation or Nei gong. The name of the program Master Franklin teaches is QiBody Cultivation which is a program for cultivating, strengthening, balancing, and guiding Qi at will.

To learn to full system for cultivating internal Qi you must invest in the QiBody Cultivation Series for sale on this website as an HD Digital Download or as a 3-DVD Set.

Every video in the library features a lesson and techniques for the cultivation of Qi inside and outside of your body. Find out what it feels like to vibrate with life.

The two main groupings for this collection are: VIDEOS FOR FREE and VIDEOS FOR PURCHASE. To gain an understanding of how to navigate the information below and a logical order of training, please click below.

All of the videos presented in this library are intended to be used responsibly. If you have any health concerns or issues please consult your healthcare provider before practicing QiBody Cultivation techniques. Some specific contraindications are:

Pregnancy- during pregnancy it is not appropriate to practice internal cultivation in the lower dantian where baby is forming. You can however benefit greatly from the gentle dantian breathing meditation or the Qigong warm-up.

Serious heart conditions require the advice from a health care provider and a local teacher to monitor your practice. Many practitioners have lowered their blood pressure with just the dantian breathing instruction.

Anyone at risk for stroke should not practice the dynamic breath-work or strong movement of Qi to the head.

A new student asked me, “What movements should I be practicing to progress in your system?”

That’s a common and a good question that demonstrates motivation and discipline. I replied, “The external movements aren’t important now, your internal connection to breath and Qi is the most valuable skill you can practice.”

I teach this skill to my students and clients as a necessary first connection. From the connection of mind and breath in the body, flows the ability to feel Qi. The more you become aware of Qi the greater the potential to build and store Qi in your body.

Many people will gloss of this first connection because they don’t think they are doing anything unless they are waving their arms and legs about or imagining great balls of Qi. I say it over and over again and guide them through the process repeatedly only to hear the same question, “Yeah, ok you said breathe, got it. Now what else is there?”

There’s nothing else until you really experience an internal awareness and power of your breath. God took one breath and look what happened. Should we really gloss over the whole breathing thing? Breath is energy; we need to make a conscious connection to breath, mind, and body to work with energy. If you train with me you won’t be able to wriggle out of this one and when you eventually get it, which you will, you’ll possess a great treasure. That treasure is a fertile awareness of your true self as energy and how that energy draws life-force to your body.

Every practice session builds positive mental focus and an inner feeling of balance and vitality.
Dantian Breathing is the first teaching in the QiBody Cultivation Program. After rooting the mind and breath with the Qi you are ready to become a farmer and begin cultivating true life-force energy and connection.

The QBC Series Level 1 (for purchase) and Nei gong Techniques Parts 1, 2, and 3 (free) are helping you to develop the second connection required for Qi cultivation.

The third connection necessary is only available  in the QiBody Cultivation Series Level l and is crucial to the program. This is also the information I will be clarifying and building on with successive videos in the series.

  • All other videos for free in the library are ways to begin using your knowledge of mind and breath to connect with nature and are aspects of developing a Qi Body.
  • It is important to note that the virtual classes will assume that you have done the foundational background listed above and will not reintroduce those concepts. There are no short cuts in an internal practice that will benefit you. You wouldn’t push a baby out of the womb at 28 months, likewise, your body needs to experience a particular process of stages in awareness to make the necessary changes in a manner that is like growing new life.
