When a couple learns to cultivate Qi together the healthy bonds between them grow as they learn to become individually responsible for their own energy body as well as understanding the subtle fields of their partner. As we bring focus and awareness to the mechanisms in the body that supports life force energy, we draw more life force to ourselves. We become more fertile as human beings.
Couples Nei Gong Cultivation – Private or Semi-Private (Group)
Nei gong is an internal cultivation skill involving an ever deepening awareness of our physical body and the life force energy that powers it. We begin by developing a mind and breath connection in the body at its root of vitality. As you are well aware new life begins with the breath and a newborns breath is deep into the belly. Returning our mind and breath to these roots is the beginning of building up vitality. The classics describe Nei gong as the cultivation of the three treasures within a human being; Jing, Qi and Shen. Jing is the vital essence; the regenerative force found in the sexual fluids and hormonal secretions. Jing in this state is also considered prenatal essence; that which we derive from our parents sexual fluids. Qi here could be described as the energy derived from food, air and water as well as the refinement of our regenerative force. Qi in this state is what powers, animates and nourishes the body physically and energetically. Shen is the spiritual essence and the lifelong refinement of our Qi. Nei gong offers a practice to replenish the three treasures in stages that can be easily understood and learned when taught by an experienced teacher.
The foundation of Nei gong practice is the same for both men and women; working to cultivate and replenish Jing, the regenerative force. Since this energy is housed in the pelvic region of both sexes the reproductive system and organs are receiving a continuous cleansing and revitalization that gets better and better as long as one continues to practice.
Once you have this foundation you will be taught cultivation skills that are specific to the energetic system of both men and women. While much is documented on male system for the conservation and transformation of the regenerative force, little has been brought forward for techniques for women. It’s time to balance that as women can greatly benefit from knowing how to directly replenish her vital forces.
