      Turtles that live to be hundreds of years old have been plodding around on this earth for millions of years. It is believed that a person may gain longevity by moving slowly and mindfully through life without over attachment to forms and desires.

      The slow graceful movements of Turtle Longevity Form and other balancing exercises are called movement meditation. They blend soft, gentle movements of the body with a calm and contemplative state of mind.
